Delivery & Returns


What happens once I have ordered?

As soon as you have confirmed and paid for your order, we start the process to get your piece of jewellery made especially for you. 

How do I know when my order will be sent?

You will receive an email when your order is ready. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation or we will call you to discuss delivery at a suitable time for you.  

How will my order be delivered?

We use Royal Mail special insured delivery for all UK orders.

How long will my order take?

We will do our best to have your items ready for dispatch within 14 days from when we receive payment. If due to special circumstances we are unable to do this we will be in touch to discuss your order.

How do I track my order?

Once we’ve sent off your item to you, you will either receive an email from us or an email/text from the courier with tracking information.  

COVID-19: *Please allow for a slight delay due to the current pandemic as deliveries may take longer than normal until lockdown restrictions are lifted.
